Shipping Policy
Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping rates — Standard shipping within Canada and the US is a flat $4.99 USD, and FREE on orders of $50 or more. International orders ship at a flat $9.99 USD.
Delivery estimates — Once shipped, typical delivery is 5–12 business days for Canada and the US, and 10–20 business days for international orders, depending on destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking — A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't updated within a few days, please allow extra time before reaching out.
Customs, duties & taxes — International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping.
Wrong address — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
