We want you to love your playmat. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return Email us at togekidcards@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days at togekidcards@gmail.com with photos, and we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — including shipping.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a new order for the one you want.
Non-Returnable Items Gift cards and final-sale items (if any) are not eligible for return.
